It applies solely to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of California residents as defined under the CCPA (collectively referred to as “Consumers,” “you,” or “your”).

Any capitalized terms not defined in this CCPA Notice shall have the meanings assigned to them in our Privacy Policy or, if not defined there, under the CCPA. In the event of any conflict between this CCPA Notice and the Privacy Policy, this CCPA Notice shall govern with respect to California Consumers and their personal information.
