Tripinitiate.com charges service fees for certain travel bookings to cover booking, processing, and customer support services. These fees vary by product type and booking method and are disclosed during the booking process.

Service Fee Policy

General Fee Information
Service fees are displayed in your local currency on the payment page and may vary based on passenger type, including adult, child, infant, senior, student, or military. Service fees are generally non-refundable and may change without prior notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may be eligible for a refund of transaction service fees, subject to airline, hotel, or supplier policies. Cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a service fee refund.

You will only be charged the final total amount quoted and confirmed at the time of booking.

Exclusions from Standard Service Fees

Certain bookings may be subject to additional or higher service fees, including but not limited to:

Up to $37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings
Up to $150 per passenger for online first-class or business-class flight bookings
Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city flight itineraries
Up to $30 per passenger for bookings originating from high-fraud risk cities
Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings involving different travel dates or nearby alternative airports
Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings
Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings completed through the Tripinitiate.com contact center may incur higher service fees than online bookings due to the complexity of assisted reservations, international travel, or multi-segment itineraries.

Contact center service fees may range from $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger, or up to $93.75 per passenger for senior travelers.

All service fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Regardless of any fee adjustments, you will only be charged the final price confirmed at checkout. Customers are advised to review the total booking cost carefully before completing their reservation.
